Every file above has zero rows: the latest export ran before the underlying dataset had any awards to export.
Award amounts are in ZAR cents (minor units), and awards are grouped by the year the underlying tender was released — the feed does not publish a separate award-decision date.

Licence
Our aggregates are licensed CC BY 4.0. When you reuse them, credit: “Source: B2B.Africa, compiled from eTenders OCDS”, and credit with a link back to b2b.africa or this page. The South African source sets one further condition on re-publication: a link back to the original source must remain intact.
The underlying South African source data — National Treasury eTenders (OCDS) — is licensed under the Open Data Commons Public Domain Dedication and Licence (PDDL), a different licence from our own CC BY 4.0 aggregates. The full licence table and attribution terms for every source we use are on Methodology.
