List your company on B2B.Africa
A company page on B2B.Africa shows what your company makes, where it exports and how to reach it, so that buyers sourcing for African markets can find you and send you a request. Adding your company is free.
Free plan, no subscription needed. Paid plans add more products — see pricing.
What is a company page?
A company page is your company's public page on B2B.Africa, at an address like b2b.africa/company/your-company. It lists your products, the facts buyers ask about first, and which verification checks your company has passed. Once your page is complete, verified and published, buyers reach you through a "Contact supplier" button that opens a chat on the platform. It is not a shop: there is no cart or checkout, and the deal is agreed between you and the buyer.
What appears on your company page?
- Your company: name, country, product categories and a short description in your own words.
- Products: each with photos, specifications, minimum order quantity and, if you choose, a price range. How many products you can list depends on your plan — see pricing.
- Trade facts: typical lead time, Incoterms, export markets, certifications, year founded, payment terms and languages, shown as stated by your company.
- Verification: the Website verified badge once you confirm your website. Registration checks are currently available only for companies registered in South Africa.
- Contact supplier: buyers write to you in the platform chat. Your email and phone number are not shown on the page.

How do I add my company?
- Sign in with your work email. An address on your company's own website domain works best.
- Fill in your company profile. Add your website, description, products, photos and trade facts. Confirm that you have the rights to the photos you upload.
- Confirm your website. Enter the code we send to an address published on your website, or use one of the other checks described on the trust page. This adds the Website verified badge.
- Publish. Products are reviewed before they appear on your page.
How does a company page get verified?
Website verified (the Domain verified level on the trust page) means someone managing the page showed access to a mailbox on the company's website domain, or control of the website itself. It does not confirm company registration. Registration and document checks are separate levels, each described with its method on the trust page. Registration checks are currently available only for companies registered in South Africa. A badge is earned through a check; it cannot be bought.
Will my company page appear in Google?
Only complete pages are offered to search engines. A page qualifies once it has passed review, its website is confirmed, and it carries at least 150 words of description in your own words, at least 6 of the 7 trade facts, and at least 3 images hosted on B2B.Africa (your logo counts; images linked from other sites do not). Your company profile in your account names whatever is still missing. The same checklist decides when the "Contact supplier" button appears on your page. Until then the page is visible on B2B.Africa but asks search engines not to index it.
What does it cost?
Adding your company and publishing a company page is free. Paid plans let you list more products and place your page higher in the directory. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
What a company page does not do
- It does not promise requests, replies or sales. Buyers decide whom to contact.
- It does not confirm your registration on its own; that is a separate verification level.
- It does not sell your contact details. Buyers write to you through the platform chat.
We never ask you to pay a buyer
B2B.Africa never asks you to pay a buyer to receive an order — no "registration fee", "court approval fee" or deposit to release a purchase order. If anyone asks you for such a payment, on the platform or off it, stop and write to support@b2b.africa. We only take payment for our own plans and services, and never on behalf of a buyer.
