I.Product Pescription
The complete calcium chloride granulation production line is from calcium chloride reaction preparation to final spray granulation to produce anhydrous calcium chloride. It mainly includes three parts: 1. Reaction part 2. Fluidized bed drying granulation 3. Cooling and packaging.
II. Brief Introduce
Calcium Chloride solution in atomized state is sprayed into fluid bed granulator,completes the evaporation of water, coating granulation process under the action of high-temperature hot air. The calcium chloride granules in the fluidized bed are lifted by the bucket lift machine to the trommel for material sieving, and the finished granules are cooled by the cooling drum, and then packaged. The other fine granules are returned to the granulator through the screw conveyor as the base material to continue granulation.
